Returns and Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your subscription within the first seven (7) days of your subscription period, subject to fair use and other terms of service. If you have cancelled your subscription within the first seven (7) days and would like a refund, please fill out the form below.
If you cancelled outside the first seven (7) days of your subscription, unless otherwise explicitly stated, your subscription to RankCheckHub is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. RankCheckHub maintains a no-refunds policy.
We understand that from time to time, reasonable exceptions should be made. If you feel that your situation warrants a reasonable exception, you can fill out our refund request form below.
Refund request
If you cancelled your subscription within the first seven (7) days of your subscription period, you are entitled to a full refund subject to fair use and other terms of service. Please fill out the refund request form.
If you cancelled outside the first seven (7) days of your subscription period, RankCheckHub maintains a no-refunds policy. From time to time, reasonable exceptions may apply. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation qualifies, please fill out the form.
We review all refund requests once a month. We will only respond to your request if it is approved. If you have not heard back from us within 30 days, your request has been denied. We do not provide reasons for denied requests.
Examples of refund requests that will be denied:
“I meant to cancel but forgot to do it in time.”
“I haven’t used RankCheckHub for [X] months and would like a refund for those months.”
“I used RankCheckHub at the beginning of the month but will not use it for the rest of the month. I’d like a prorated refund for unused time.”
If your refund request does not fall under the above categories (or similar circumstances), we encourage you to submit the form.

You understand that you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within the first seven (7) days of your subscription period.
You understand that if you cancel outside the first seven (7) days of your subscription period RankCheckHub has a no refunds policy. You understand that you are asking for an exception to this policy.
You understand that refund requests are reviewed once a month. You will not send an email to Support asking for a status update.
You understand that you will only get a response if your refund is approved. If you didn’t get a response after 30 days, you know that your request was denied. You will not send an email to Support asking why my request was denied.
You understand that filling out this form does not cancel your subscription. You must log into the RankCheckHub dashboard to cancel my subscription. You agree to understand that subscriptions can not be cancelled by email.
