RankCheckHub Cancellation and Refund Policy
Applicability: This policy applies to online subscription purchases made directly through RankCheckHub.com.
Cancellation Requests
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your RankCheckHub dashboard and following the cancellation process. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Important Notes:
You must cancel through your dashboard. Email requests will not be processed.
Subscriptions cannot be retroactively canceled or refunded for partial or unused periods.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
You are entitled to a full refund if:
You cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
Your refund request is submitted through our Contact Form within this 7-day window.
After 7 Days:
Refunds are not guaranteed after the 7-day period. However, we may consider reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis, such as:
Verified billing errors or duplicate charges.
Technical issues that prevent access to core features.
Other exceptional circumstances that can be reasonably verified.
How to Request a Refund
Cancel your subscription via your dashboard.
Submit a refund request via our Contact Form, including:
Full name and email associated with your account.
Transaction ID or billing details (e.g., last 4 digits of card, billing date).
A brief explanation of your refund reason.
Review and Processing
Refund requests are reviewed on a rolling basis and typically processed within 30 days of submission.
If your request is approved, we will notify you via email.
If you do not receive a response within 30 days, your request has not been approved.
Refund Exceptions (Non-Qualifying Scenarios)
The following reasons typically do not qualify for a refund:
“I forgot to cancel in time.”
“I didn’t use RankCheckHub for [X] months.”
Requests for prorated refunds based on unused time.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination of service. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve issues directly and efficiently.
Terms & Acknowledgments
By submitting a refund request, you acknowledge that:
Refunds are only guaranteed within 7 days of purchase/renewal.
Post-7-day refunds are exceptions, not entitlements.
Cancellations must be completed through your dashboard—email cancellations are not valid.
RankCheckHub reserves the right to deny refunds for abuse of services or violations of this policy.
